Simone had 16 (phew!), in four, maybe
five colours - one or two dark (black and perhaps dark chocolate)
and three much lighter (variations on mink?). There were five
boys and eleven girls and they were all mismarked hoody or capped.
Roly was mink capped and Simone carried mink and russian blue
(she was a black hoody).
Unfortunately Simone and Roly are no longer with us - but we
still have two of their daughters - getting a bit elderly themselves
now (Tilly and Dimples) and their granddaughter (Tracey). Simone
and Roly were wonderful ratties and we miss them loads. As we
approach three years from the birth of this litter (at the time
of writing) they have now been joined by the majority of their
babies who had spent their lives as part of other families around
the country.
Enough of the sadness - please click
on the baby photos where indicated for more photos and enjoy
looking back over the few weeks of madness of some very naughty
little baby rats!
